Make the best out of your determination rather than just scribbling notes and often in a hurried panic. 3) Crushing your enemy within you

These are the bad thoughts that are usually reactionary, like "Those people are whispering, they must be talking bad about me," or "The boss asks me to see him? I must be in trouble!" Don't let these thoughts block your efforts in building your self confidence. Just squash them away as these thoughts are just an ANTs.
